RAjHOME currently provides delivery based on Check Area Pincode availability.

• Customers can enter their area pincode to check service availability.
• Delivery service may vary depending on location.
• Some areas may have limited product categories or timings.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time: 1 day or same day in most cases
• Some nearby areas may receive faster delivery depending on order time.
• Unexpected delays due to weather, traffic, holidays or operational reasons may occur.

3. Order Processing Time

All eligible confirmed orders are processed instantly after successful order placement.

• COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
• Orders placed during high demand periods may need additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply as follows:

• Free Shipping on selected products / offers
• ₹30 Standard Delivery Charge
• Area-wise charges depending on distance or location

5. Free Shipping Offer

Orders worth ₹499 or above may qualify for free shipping, subject to product category, location and promotional conditions.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on service area and product eligibility.

• Some products may require prepaid payment
• RAjHOME reserves the right to limit COD for repeated failed orders

• Some hyperlocal deliveries may be directly coordinated without live tracking

8. Delivery Attempts

• Please ensure phone availability during delivery.
• If delivery is missed, reattempt may depend on product type and location.
• Repeated failed attempts may lead to cancellation.

• Customer unreachable

• Hyperlocal urgent delivery is currently not available.
• Delivery timeline starts after order confirmation.
• RAjHOME may update delivery charges or zones without prior notice.
